Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Part Time Host and become the welcoming face of our restaurant! This ROLE is only For FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 4PM TO 10PM only. Please dont appy if you are not available those hours. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest services
• Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems such OT, Resy, Seven Rooms.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with clear communication and proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservation bookings and general questions
• Maintain organized guest lists, waitlists, and reservation logs to ensure smooth service flow
• Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene and cleanliness protocols in the host station
• Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely seating

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously
• Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and guest counts accurately
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations is advantageous
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible weekend hours including evenings and possibly holidays
