Weekend Primary Care Provider, Internal Medicine

Christine Meyer, MD & Associates (CMMD) is hiring a compassionate, high-performing clinician to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. We are a nationally recognized, physician-led practice transforming primary care through innovative, patient-centered, and value-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patients with chronic diseases
• Perform routine wellness exams
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic EMR

Position Details:

• Weekend Shifts : Every other Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm commitment, additional per diem hours available as well

Support Team:

• A dedicated and certified medical assistant
• Full front desk support
• Patient Care Coordinator
• Dedicated Care-Teams to facilitate continuity and collaboration
