Weekend Property Inspector – Vacation Rentals

Covenant Property Management is hiring a Weekend Property Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental homes are guest-ready and maintained to a high standard across St. Simons Island.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, problem-solving, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.

Schedule

• Saturdays & Sundays
• Approximately 8-hour shifts each day
• Part-time weekend role

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays
• Ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Identify and document maintenance or housekeeping issues
• Perform light troubleshooting and coordinate with the operations team
• Run occasional supply deliveries or field errands as needed
• Communicate updates clearly through company apps and photos

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift light supplies
• Hospitality, property management, Airbnb, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus — but not required
