Weekend/Nights Plumbing Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend/Nights Plumbing Dispatch Coordinator with technical knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate incoming commercial plumbing work orders via email, text, portals and software to ensure seamless communication between customers and management during weekend and evening shifts when the office is closed.

The schedule for this role has a minimum of 28 hours per work including weekend days 9am-5pm and some week nights 5pm-9pm. There is opportunity to make this a full time role by adding more evening hours. Please note that benefits only apply to a full time role. This is a fully remote position, however on site initial training will be required until fully independent in the role.

Duties

• Manage incoming service requests via email, online platforms and internal systems.
• Utilize and monitor GPS fleet tracking and other mobile routing tools to ensure correct and timely coordination of plumbing technicians in company system and customer work orders in various portals.
• Assist the daytime office staff with tracking, receipt management and other reporting as needed.
• Utilize company software to manage incoming work orders, track job progress, and update job statuses accurately.
• Communicate quickly and clearly with customers and internal teams using multiple channels of communication simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong analysis and multi tasking skills to assess and complete urgent tasks.
• Proficiency in computers and technology and the ability to handle multiple lines of communication is required. Familiarity with Service Fusion and/or facility management platforms is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple platforms professionally and independently.
• Previous experience in trades or facility management and dispatching or online remote support roles a plus.
