Weighbridge Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Weighbridge Operator to manage and operate the weighbridge at our quarry. The candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing vehicles, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth material dispatch operations while adhering to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor weighbridge systems to weigh trucks, raw materials, and finished products accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate weight records for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Verify vehicle documents, delivery notes, and ensure proper approvals before weighing.
• Coordinate with quarry operations and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Inspect weighbridge equipment regularly and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighbridge reports as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or University Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of weighbridge operations, record-keeping, and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple teams.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with electronic weighbridge systems.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of truck types and quarry material types.
• Data entry (excel , word) Email Communication, Managing records related to customer balance
