Weight Loss Consultant – Scale Down Weight Loss Clinic (Papillion, NE)

At Scale Down Weight Loss Clinic, we specialize in medical weight loss programs using Peptides such as GLP-1s (semaglutide/tirzepatide), nutrition plans, and innovative body-contouring services such as Cryo, Emsculpt and T Shape 2. We’re looking for compassionate, bilingual Health Consultants who are passionate about helping others achieve their goals through education, accountability, and encouragement.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct one-on-one health consultations with new and returning patients.
• Build rapport and trust through active listening and empathy.
• Educate patients on treatment options including GLP-1 medications, supplements, and lifestyle guidance.
• Track progress using our 3D body scanner, goal sheets, and CRM notes.
• Collaborate with medical staff and aesthetics specialists to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and existing members to encourage retention and celebrate milestones.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure all documentation is HIPAA compliant.

• Adaptable & self-driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using software to document visits, track progress, and manage leads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in weight loss, medical or med spa, health coaching, or fitness.
• Certification in nutrition, personal training, or motivational interviewing (a plus, not required).
• Sales or consultative background — able to convert leads into loyal members through authentic connection.
• Interest in body contouring, peptides, supplements, and wellness-based lifestyle changes.
