Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive women’s health & men services, Bioidentical Hormone and patient education. Your expertise will empower women to achieve optimal health outcomes through personalized care, clinical assessments, and innovative treatment approaches. Botox, fillers, threads ect.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and vital signs monitoring.
• Provide preventive screenings such as Pap smears, breast exams, and contraceptive counseling to promote women's health and wellness.
• Manage reproductive health issues, including family planning, prenatal care, and menopause management.
• Administer treatments such as Botulinum toxin injections for aesthetic or therapeutic purposes and perform minor procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and coordinate follow-up care.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention strategies tailored specifically for women’s health needs.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with certification in Women’s Health or Gynecology.
• Proven experience in clinical settings providing women’s health services; experience with obstetrics or gynecology preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth to ensure seamless documentation.
• Knowledge of reproductive health procedures including IUD insertions, cervical biopsies, and ultrasound interpretation.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to women’s health.
• Ability to perform clinical procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, phlebotomy, and sterile technique adherence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse patient populations effectively.

Pay: $50.38 - $60.67 per hour
