Welcome Desk Coordinator

Segreve & Hall is seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team as a Welcome Desk Coordinator. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring a positive and efficient office experience.

Position Overview:

The Welcome Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing front office operations, greeting clients, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document handling

Provide support to the service team as needed

Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency with standard computer systems and willingness to learn agency platforms

Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
