Summers Rubber Company, a division of Singer Industrial, is seeking a skilled Welder to support the production of custom industrial products and assemblies. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries.

What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and durability
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup and safety practices
- Collaborate with warehouse and fabrication teams to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with other fabrication or warehouse tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and industrial materials
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
