Welder

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in our Welding Shop. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment, utilizing mig welders and hand tools, power tools, and saws to fabricate metal efficiently.

Welding experience preferred but is not required.

Standard work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm with some Friday's as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
• Fabricate products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Utilize mig welders for fabrication tasks, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication within a diverse workforce.

Job Type: Full-time
