We are seeking experienced a MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing team The role involves welding and assembling metal components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets required quality specifications and safety standards within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out MIG welding on a range of metal components, including mild and stainless steel.

Work from engineering drawings, jigs, and specifications to complete tasks accurately.

Ensure all welds meet quality standards and production requirements.

Perform basic inspections and identify any defects or issues.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

MIG welding qualification (e.g. Level 2, NVQ, or equivalent).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Desirable:

Experience working within automotive or metal fabrication industries.
-
Previous experience working with tubular or exhaust-type components.
-
Additional welding certifications (e.g. coded welding) would be advantageous.
Additional Information:

Shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.
