Now Hiring: Welders (Day & Night Shifts) | Houston, TX

Nailor Industries is expanding and looking for skilled Welders to join our team in the Houston area! If you’re experienced, dependable, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable, industry-leading manufacturer.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on HVAC and air distribution products
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Ensure weld quality meets company standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• MIG required; TIG a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Aluminum welding experience is a plus
