Welder

Manafab is excited to partner with a well-established, highly respected manufacturing business in Colwick, Nottingham.

Due to a significant increase in workload and a strong order book, we are actively seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join their growing team immediately.

The Role:

This is a hands-on welding position working on large-scale industrial fabrications. You'll be MIG welding thick gauge metals up to 20mm, predominantly stainless steel and mild steel, on complex, high-specification projects. Some TIG welding may be required. You'll work from technical engineering drawings, so the ability to read and interpret them accurately is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years MIG welding experience with thick gauge metals (up to 20mm)
• Strong background in mid to large industrial fabrications
• Confident reading and working from technical engineering drawings
• TIG welding experience is a bonus but not essential, training can be provided if/when required.

Salary & Benefits:

- Up to £16.00ph (depending on experience).

- 39 hours pw | Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 | Friday 08:00 to 15:30

- Paid directly by the employer (No Agency Pay!)

- Plenty of Overtime @
Mon-Fri = up to £20.80ph
Saturdays = up to £24.00ph
Sundays= up to £32.00ph
