Welder

Overview
We are seeking a dependable Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for welding and basic fabrication work to produce quality parts that meet specifications. When welding work is limited, the Welder will also assist with other general shop duties to support production and maintain an efficient work area.

Duties

· Perform welding and basic fabrication to build or repair metal parts and assemblies.

· Read and follow prints, drawings, and work instructions.

· Measure and verify dimensions using basic measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) to ensure accuracy.

· Inspect completed work and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.

· Follow all safety requirements and keep the work area clean and organized.

· Assist with other shop and production tasks as assigned when welding workload is light.

Qualifications

· Welding and fabrication experience (minimum 2 years preferred).

· Ability to read basic blueprints/prints and follow instructions.

· Comfortable using common shop tools and measuring equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.

· Willingness to help with a variety of shop tasks as needed.

Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m.
