We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and ability to interpret technical schematics will be essential to ensure high-quality results that meet industry standards. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, and other specialized welding techniques on various materials according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Prepare workpieces using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to ensure proper fit-up before welding
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to construction sites, manufacturing facilities, or maintenance areas.

Experience

• Proven experience in welding within construction, manufacturing, or maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding, FCAW, SMAW, TIG welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams related to structural fabrication.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience working on construction sites or industrial facilities with an understanding of safety standards such as OSHA regulations.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
