Welder

We are hiring experienced Welders for our Vincent facility.

Overview
We are hiring skilled Fitters, Welders, and Fitter/Welders to join our fabrication team. This role is hands-on and production-focused, working with steel components in a shop environment. Pay is based on skill level, experience, and ability to work independently.

This position is available at our Vincent location.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings
• Fit, tack, and/or weld steel components according to specifications
• Use hand tools, grinders, measuring tools, and shop equipment
• Produce quality work while meeting production schedules
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work independently or as part of a small team

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a fitter, welder, or combination fitter/welder
• Ability to measure accurately and read a tape
• Welding experience (MIG preferred; other experience a plus)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and improve skill level

Schedule & Locations

• Full-time, steady work
• Positions available in Vincent, AL

Pay & Growth

• Hourly base pay based on skill and experience. Incentive pay based on superior performance.
• Opportunities to move up pay grades as skills increase

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
