Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Welder will perform day-to-day welding and fabrication tasks, including reading and interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and setting up welding equipment. Responsibilities include executing various welding processes, fitting and assembling metal components, and inspecting welds for quality and accuracy. The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, following safety procedures and PPE requirements, and keeping the work area organized. The Welder will collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet project deadlines and support general shop and field activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in core welding techniques, including Welding, Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding.
• Solid understanding of Materials, including common metals, alloys, and their appropriate applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety practices, including OSHA guidelines and proper use of PPE.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce clean, structurally sound welds and pass visual/measurement inspections.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop or construction environment.
• Previous welding experience in a shop or construction setting; certification or technical training in welding is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and follow written and verbal instructions.
