Welder description of role:

NCT Technologies is looking for a welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.

The ideal welder will have an understanding in:

• Able to MIG/TIG weld steel.
• Able to TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel.
• Diverse in Production and Precision style welding.
• Able to grind parts post weld.
• Able to improvise and build weld fixtures to support product flow
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Able to use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc….)
• Able to be cross-functional to support workload
• Able to be self-sufficient once trained
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift experience a plus
• Available for overtime and weekend coverage, if needed

Welder Skills and Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent attendance
• Punctual
• Team Player
• Positive Attitude
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending

Work Schedule:

Full time, 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Possible overtime and Saturdays

Welder Salary:

$18.00 - $24.00 based on experience
