Welder – 2nd Shift (5 Openings)

Location: Fort Worth / Rhome, TX
Schedule: 5-8s =M–F, 3:30 PM – 12 AM or Optional 4-10s = M-TH, 3:30 PM - 2 AM

About the Role:

Unified Supply is looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team for 2nd shift. This role is responsible for preparing, welding, and inspecting conveyor components with precision and accountability. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment meets stringent industry standards including ASME, AWWA, and NACE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute welding processes for conveyor components
• Read and interpret blueprints before starting each work order
• Weld materials to specification using MIG and TIG welders
• Check finished work against tolerances and industry standards
• Ensure quality and consistency in all welds
• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with basic metal skills and mechanical training OR equivalent work-related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
