Salary: £15 – £17.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our workshop team. This is a permanent role for someone who is comfortable working with a range of materials and processes, and who takes pride in producing quality work from start to finish.

You will be involved in a variety of projects – from general fabrication to more bespoke work – so no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

· Welding and fabricating components using a range of processes (MIG, TIG, or stick – depending on the job)

· Working with materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

· Cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling parts from technical drawings

· Ensuring work meets quality and safety standards

· Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment

What We Are Looking For

· Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator

· Competent with a range of materials (mild steel, stainless, aluminium)

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

· Strong fabrication skills – cutting, forming, assembling

· Reliable, self‑motivated, and keen to work in a permanent role
