Now Hiring: Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can read blueprints, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal components
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Operate shop equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a welder fabricator
• Proficiency with common welding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Preferred but Not Required:

• Welding certifications
• Experience with structural steel or custom fabrication
