Welder / Fabricator - 1st Shift

Requirements
Must be able to pass a basic welding skills test
Able to read and comprehend blue prints including weld specifications Familiarity with various welding techniques
Able to lift up to 25+ lbs. (assisted)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be flexible with work hours as needed

Skills
Must be able to effectively communicate with fabrication manager and others in the fabrication department
Ability to prioritize time to meet goals and complete tasks on schedule
Can work both independently and on a team
Leadership skills Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily activities to maximize production
Be flexible in the use of MIG or TIG welding steel, some aluminum, and stainless as needed Responsible for keeping work space clean and safe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
