Job Description

We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator with 10+ years of experience in a job shop environment and strong TIG/stainless fabrication skills. This position includes monthly travel (1 week per month) for job site installations, so applicants must be comfortable working on the road and in the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble parts using stainless steel and aluminum sheet
• Proficient TIG welding and metal finishing
• Use shearing machines, press brakes, and other fabrication tools
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble components per project drawings
• Maintain tools and equipment, and help organize the shop
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
• Travel to install projects nationwide (travel pay provided)

Requirements:

• Experience with sheering, press brakes, ironworking, and general shop tools
• Tig welding
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have a personal credit card (used only for travel holds; reimbursed as needed)
• Willing to undergo a drug test
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Plumbing,electrical, carpentry experience is a plus

Schedule

• Day shift (8-hour shifts)
• Travel approximately 1 week per month

Pay: $25.01 - $35.00 per hour
