Welder Fabricator / NDT Technician Opportunities

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit experienced individuals to join our specialist engineering team.
We are seeking applications from candidates with experience in either:
- Welder Fabrication
- NDT / Quality Inspection
- Or individuals capable of covering both disciplines
These roles offer varied and hands-on work within a specialist fabrication and inspection environment.
Welder Fabricator RoleKey Responsibilities
- Fabrication of pressure vessels and piping spools
- MIG/MAG and TIG welding
- Working from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
- Working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout fabrication processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator
- Experience with pressure vessels and pipework fabrication preferred
- MIG/MAG and TIG welding experience essential
- ASME IX coding advantageous
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
NDT Quality Technician RoleKey Responsibilities
- Visual Examination (PCN Level 2)
- Dye Penetrant (DP) Examination (PCN Level 2)
- Radiographic Testing (RT) Examination (PCN Level 2) – desirable but not essential
- Calibration Control
- Material Certification Review
- Assisting with Quality Procedures and Specific NDE Procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- PCN Level 2 certification in Visual and DP inspection
- RT Level 2 advantageous, although training can be provided
- Experience within fabrication, pressure vessel, or pipework environments preferred
- Strong understanding of quality documentation and inspection procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:45 – 15:30
