Welder / Fabricator **NIGHT SHIFT**

The schedule below showcases a 45-hour work week.

Shift A:

Monday – Friday| 6:30 am – 4:00 pm

Shift B:

Sunday – Thursday| 9:30 pm – 6:30 am

Shift B receives an additional shift premium of $1.50 hour.

Duties:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications to install suspensions to axles.
- Operate various power tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documents.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Assist with material handling and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a fabricator/welder or similar role.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and equipment.

- Proficient in MIG welding (GMAW) is REQUIRED.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift objects as required

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing basic math skills, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient processes. Previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles are advantageous for success in this position.
