About the Role
Perform high-quality welds by reading blueprints, planning layouts, and producing precise, clean weldments with pride.
What You’ll Do
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Perform GMAW/TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum
- Weld with or without fixtures (layout, tack, finish)
- Complete grinding and sanding as needed
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team and leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years welding experience preferred
- Proficient with welding equipment and processes
- Ability to read drawings, weld symbols, and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable with a strong safety mindset and pride in workmanship
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.; carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
