Welder - MIG/TIG - 1st shift -$22-28/hr.

About the Role

Perform high-quality welds by reading blueprints, planning layouts, and producing precise, clean weldments with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Read blueprints and drawings
• Perform GMAW/TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum
• Weld with or without fixtures (layout, tack, finish)
• Complete grinding and sanding as needed
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team and leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience preferred
• Proficient with welding equipment and processes
• Ability to read drawings, weld symbols, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable with a strong safety mindset and pride in workmanship

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.; carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
