Welder/Fabricator

Responsibilities

· Perform welding work on solar mounting structures, iron/steel frames, and related components.

· Read and interpret technical drawings and installation blueprints.

· Operate welding machines (Arc, MIG, TIG) safely and efficiently.

· Ensure strong, accurate, and clean welds to support solar structures.

· Assist in fabrication, cutting, fitting, and installation of solar mounting systems.

· Follow workplace safety standards (helmet, gloves, boots, harness, etc.).

· Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.

· Coordinate with the installation team to complete solar projects on schedule.

Requirements

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a welder (construction/solar/fabrication preferred).

· Knowledge of different welding techniques (Arc/MIG/TIG).

· Ability to handle field/site work for solar projects.

· Physically fit and comfortable with working in outdoor conditions.

· Basic knowledge of solar project installation (preferred but not mandatory).

· ITI/Certification in welding (preferred).

Salary

· ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

· Overtime & site allowances may be provided.
