Cascade Corporation are the world leader in the design and manufacture of forks and material handling equipment for lift trucks.

This role involves interpreting engineering drawings and using jigs to accurately tack and weld components such as hooks and tubes onto steel forks. Working within a production line setting, you’ll play a key role in maintaining workflow while consistently delivering precise work within specified tolerances.

The ideal candidate will have solid MIG welding experience, be comfortable in a physically demanding role, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous welding experience is essential.

Benefits

- Pay is £18.12 per hour (depending upon experience) This will be reviewed upon completion of probationary period and is inclusive of shift allowance

- Hours are based on a weekly rotating 2 shift pattern:

Pattern 1 (Nights) 6pm-6am Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Pattern 2 (Days) 6am-6pm Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 6am-2pm Thursday

- Monthly incentive scheme typically averages at 5% per year
