Welder/Fabricator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding miscellaneous steel projects . Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products and structures that meet strict safety standards and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
• Perform MIG, TIG, SMAW welding on structural metals.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately.
• Measure materials to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Operate Fork Truck and Cranes
• Fabricate structural steel, mechanical assemblies, and custom components following ASME and AWS codes & standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols while performing welding, cutting, tube bending, grinding, and assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Follow detailed schematics and mechanical drawings to ensure precise assembly of complex systems.
• Weld parts in an acceptable time and manner

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
