We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met. key Responsibilities:

• MIG Welding
• Metal Fabrication
• Structural Fabrication
• Weld and fabricate steel components to a high standard
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Work independently and as part of a fabrication team
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Conduct quality inspections on completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Skills

• Previous experience as a Welder / Fabricator desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication Processes
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance
