Welder/Fabricator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in metal fabrication and welding. This role requires a capability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.

Duties

• Fabricate and weld components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications
• Operate power tools and machinery
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals
• Experience in operating a forklift is required
• Some field work is required
• Clean driving record is a plus

Skills

• Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication techniques
• Understanding of welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
• Competence in using various power tools safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
