Welder/Fabricator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components through expert fabrication techniques. Your expertise in welding, sheet metal work, and blueprint reading will be essential to ensure that all projects meet strict industry standards and client specifications. Duties

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
• Operate various power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
• Perform MIG welding with precision according to ASME codes & standards.
• Cut and bend sheet metal components for manufacturing.
• Follow safety protocols related to welding and machining while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG welding, steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and machining equipment.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to fabrication and welding practices.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations involved in fabrication tasks.
