Welder/Fabricator

T&S Manufacturing dba Heavy Hitch is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Welder/Fabricator. We are looking for someone interested in the welding field or someone with experience in a high-production welding and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, quality-focused, and committed to being a reliable member of our team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Inspect completed work for defects and ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and the Shop Foreman to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow established quality standards and manufacturing processes throughout the facility.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment.
• Accurately read and interpret prints and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Stand and work on your feet for 8 or more hours per shift.

• Welding experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
