Sprayer Direct USA is a manufacturer of spraying equipment and accessories for the pest control, lawn care, and de-icing industries. We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and hard-working Part-Time Welder to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position will support the production of turf and pest spraying equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components for spraying units, assisting with repairs and modifications, and supporting other shop duties as needed. This role may also assist with general fabrication, shop maintenance, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate components for turf and pest spraying equipment
• Assist with repairs, modifications, and servicing of existing equipment
• Read and follow specifications and drawings
• Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure accurately and complete work to quality standards
• Assist with general fabrication and shop support as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop
• Support quality control processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience with aluminum and steel required, with primary experience in aluminum
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read specifications and drawings
• Good math skills and accurate measuring ability
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation

• Pay: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity for a raise after 3 months based on performance
