Welder/Fabricator 1st Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various fabrication and welding processes. This role involves assembling, jigging, and welding components to meet production specifications and standards for all trailers. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, including MIG Spray ARC, Plasma Cutter, and Chop Saw.
• Jig materials and components safely for transport within the facility.
• Use measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with standards related to welding and fabrication.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred for material handling tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
