We’re hiring experienced welders to join our 2nd shift team—people who take pride in their work, show up ready to perform, and care about building quality products the right way.

This is a real fabrication shop environment. No endless repetition, no meaningless busywork, and no being treated like just another body on the floor. Our team builds large steel assemblies that matter, and we expect craftsmanship, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG/Flux Core welding on structural steel assemblies and fabricated components
• Fit up and weld parts independently using blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
• Set up materials and components using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures
• Cut, grind, clean, and prep materials for fabrication and final assembly
• Inspect work for quality, fit, and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work alongside a team committed to producing quality work and hitting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to fit up and weld independently
• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong personal accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
