Welder/Fabricator - Production

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our production team. This role involves fabricating and assembling components—primarily for automotive suspensinon systems and other custom parts—using various welding techniques and pipe fitting skills. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG and/or TIG welding and is comfortable interpreting technical drawings and working with custom-fabricated piping.

This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in the quality and performance of our in-house manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate parts with a focus on structural components
• Assemble suspension components of various types
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Measure, cut, bend, and fit components as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and durability
• Collaborate with team members in production and R&D to improve designs and processes
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or welding certifications preferred
• 2+ years of experience in welding (MIG and/or TIG), with demonstrated pipe fitting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with materials commonly used in automotive, HVAC, & suspension applications (e.g., aluminum, steel)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in automotive or fabrication shop environments is a plus
