**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding techniques, with a focus on precision and quality. This role is responsible for constructing and repairing a variety of metal components using various fabrication and welding methods. The Fabricator/Welder will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**

- Fabricate and assemble metal components, including but not limited to machinery parts, tools, and equipment.

- Utilize MIG/TIG welding and other welding techniques to join metal components and ensure proper fit and finish.

- Operate and maintain various machinery and tools.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the specifications of each project.

- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and material usage.

- Machining and grinding to achieve precise dimensions and finishes.

- Adhere to relevant codes and standards to ensure the safety and quality of all fabricated components.

- Collaborate with other members of the team to meet production deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Participate in quality control and ensure that all fabricated components meet the required specifications.

**Qualifications**

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication and welding techniques.

- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding. (**Proficient in TIG Welding is Required**)

- Experience working with various machinery and tools, including forklifts.

- Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately calculate measurements and material usage.

- Experience with machining and grinding techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
