Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Measure, cut, and weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Assemble and fabricate metal structures and equipment
• Use hand tools, grinders, torches, and other metalworking equipment
• Fit components and structures using jigs, fixtures, and other layout tools
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication (or equivalent training)
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in fitting structural and/or custom fabricated components
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Safety-focused mindset; knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus
• Welding certification(s) preferred (e.g., AWS, CWB)
• Pass weld test(3/8 plate vertical and overhead open root with backing 7018 all the way out,6010 root 7018 fill , and 2”, 6g pipe tig root 7018 cap, aluminum and stainless flat plate sight test
