Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Welder/Laborers to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding, assembly, and fabrication tasks on various projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality specifications. Duties
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), on miscellaneous , and structural components following blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately fabricate and assemble components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, cnc machines to cut, shape, measure, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely to move heavy materials or fabricated parts on-site or in manufacturing areas.
- Conduct plasma cutting and machining processes to prepare materials for welding or assembly tasks.
- Follow AWS codes & standards for welding procedures and fabrication practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques,
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to rigging, and assembly processes.
- Basic math skills including measurements with calipers and micrometers; ability to perform calculations necessary for fabrication tasks.
- Valid certification in welding (if applicable), along with forklift certification preferred.
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
