Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welding Inspector located in Bay Minette, AL. The Welding Inspector will conduct rigorous inspections, ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards, evaluate welding processes for accuracy, and perform thorough documentation of inspection findings. The role involves assessing structural integrity, identifying defects, and collaborating with fabrication and welding teams to maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Welding Inspection and Inspection processes to evaluate compliance and detect issues.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to maintain stringent project standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Welding techniques and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices within industrial environments is a must.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or education in welding-related fields is advantageous.
