With over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Baymak operates with two production facilities on a 60,000 m² area in Tuzla, Istanbul.

We are looking for an Welding Operator with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative ideas that make a difference to join our growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduates of Anatolian Vocational or Technical High Schools from departments such as Metal Works, Welding, etc., or holders of an MYK certification,
- At least 2 years of experience in gas metal arc welding processes,
- Able to work in a shift system,
- Able to work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety rules,
- Team-oriented and development-focused,
- Residing or able to reside on the Asian side of Istanbul or in the Gebze area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out welding processes of products on the Welding Production Line,
- Adhering to the defined daily production schedule,
- Conducting necessary checks in accordance with instructions and monitoring the process,
- Acting in line with the company culture and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
