Welding Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Trainer to deliver technical training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about welding technology, fabrication, and hands-on training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on welding techniques and fabrication processes.
• Teach SMAW, GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, and other welding methods.
• Explain welding safety procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards.
• Conduct practical hands-on workshops and demonstrations.
• Guide participants in reading welding drawings and symbols.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Support students in developing practical welding and inspection skills.
• Stay updated with welding standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety standards.
• Welding certifications (AWS, CSWIP, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and technical training.
