SUMMARY: Monitor and maintain oil and gas wells by observing daily pressure gauges and flow meters. Conducts inspection of site to ensure safe and proper operation.

LOCATION: London, KY
STATUS: Hourly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain pumps and lines by replacing filters, gaskets, tightening connects and making the necessary adjustments to ensure pump is at maximum safe operation;

Identify and fix minor problems on site, reporting any major issues to immediate supervisor for resolution;

Identify leaks at well sites visually and by checking meter volumes with a daily flow formula. Inspect oil storage tanks for leakage and report when oil needs to be transported and records measurements in the log book;

Pick up new natural gas well paper charts from field office monthly for placement on each well after removal of used gas charts/returns used gas charts to Field Office for integration;

Maintain well site safety and tidiness by using a weed eater or other equipment clearing off debris, ice snow;

Inventories storage tank contents and reports findings to supervisor for transport. Makes recommendations on measures to improve production, quality of product and equipment performance;

Must be available to respond and provide emergency response after hours;

Required to adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and any other job specific safety protection;

Must follow all safety guidelines;

Other duties as assigned;
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have working knowledge of oil & gas industry;

High School Diploma or equivalent;
-
Be available to provide emergency response after hour;

Must have basic Computer Skills;
-
Must be able meet all pre hire requirements including background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
