• Operate well testing equipment, including separators, flow meters, and sampling systems, during production and exploration well tests.
  
• Monitor and record pressure, temperature, flow rates, and fluid properties accurately.
  
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of well testing equipment.
  
• Ensure proper rig-up and rig-down of well testing packages in compliance with safety standards.
  
• Assist with preparation, cleaning, and pressure testing of equipment prior to mobilization.
  
• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies and report incidents promptly.
  
• Support supervisors and engineers with data collection and operational reporting.
  

• Lead and supervise well testing crews during all operational phases.
  
• Coordinate with clients, drilling teams, and company representatives to ensure smooth operations
  
• Prepare detailed job programs, risk assessments, and permits before operations
  
• Oversee well testing equipment mobilization, installation, operation, and demobilization
  
• Monitor real-time data and provide operational recommendations when required
  
• Ensure all personnel comply with company and client safety standards
  
• Prepare post-job reports, lessons learned, and recommend operational improvements
  
• Mentor and train well testing operators and junior crew members.
