Our Global Client is seeking Well Testing Senior Operators to join their operations team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in well testing, flowback operations, and surface well testing systems within onshore and/or offshore oil and gas environments.

The Senior Operator will be responsible for safely executing well testing operations, supervising field crews, maintaining equipment integrity, and ensuring compliance with company and client HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise well testing and flowback operations in accordance with approved procedures and client specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain well testing and flowback equipment including separators, chokes, manifolds, and surface pressure control systems.
• Ensure accurate data recording, sample collection, and real-time reporting of well performance parameters.
• Coordinate with Well Test Supervisors, Engineers, and Client Representatives to optimize test execution and deliver high-quality results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Ensure all activities comply with company and client HSE policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections, equipment rig-up/rig-down, and maintenance checks.
• Mentor and train junior operators and technicians on well testing and flowback operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of well testing experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in flowback operations and surface well testing packages.
• Strong understanding of wellsite pressure control, data acquisition systems, and production measurement.
• Valid offshore/onshore safety and medical certifications (BOSIET, H2S, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational assignments in remote or desert environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
