Key Responsibilities

• Supervise well testing operations (surface and downhole) in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

• Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations at all times.

• Plan, prepare, and execute well testing operations, including equipment rig-up/rig-down, flowback, clean-up, and data acquisition.

• Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and readiness of well testing equipment and support tools.

• Monitor and analyze well performance data, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

• Coordinate with client representatives, drilling/completions teams, and other service providers on site.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures when required.

• Maintain accurate daily reports, job logs, and ensure timely submission of end-of-job documentation.

• Promote continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

• All applicants must have experience working in Saudi Arabia
  
• Saudi Nationals would be preferred due to Visa processing times
  
• Valid Transferable IQAMA would be a benefit
