As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated and purpose-driven Wellbeing Consultant to support individuals in developing sustainable lifestyle and wellbeing habits through structured digital education programs. This is a remote role within a global wellness and education environment, suited to professionals who value autonomy, balance, and purpose-led work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with clients
• Support clients through mindset, wellbeing, and lifestyle-focused eLearning programs
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability
• Facilitate virtual one-to-one or group conversations
• Communicate clearly and professionally in a remote environment
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development

Requirements

• Background in wellbeing, health, education, training, communications, or related people-focused fields
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in wellbeing, mindset, and professional growth
• Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
