You are a key ambassador of the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie family who offers the most advanced health programs, within a luxury wellness clinic environment. Our commitment is to help and inspire our clients to live a healthier, longer, and fuller life.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform different types of wellbeing massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guests' needs and preferences.
- Welcome our guests in our fairly wellbeing world, inform our guests of our customizing treatments and therapies to suit their needs.
- Maintain detailed guest records.
- Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
- Communicate with guests during massages to adjust treatment techniques as required.
- Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment program and cross selling the other business centers in the wellness center.
- Always listen to the needs of the guest and communicate the messages to the supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment after each of us.
- Ensure that the wellbeing area is adequately stocked with supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
- Always demonstrate customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Attend and participates in all training and practices, to ensure that each guest receives world-class consultations and treatments all the time.
- Adheres to Clinique La Prairie services standards.
- When necessary, assisting in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used.
- Reports any problem or failure found to ensure that immediate action is taken. Follow up on each report submitted proactively.
- Seek customer feedback. Questions and concerns to ensure that issues or complaints are escalated to enable long-term improvements in the products and services, to foster long lasting connections and guest loyalty.
- Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.
