Wellness & Body Transformation Sales Specialist

Overview

3D Wellness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Wellness & Body Transformation Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about health, wellness, aesthetics, fitness, confidence-building, and helping people transform their lives.

In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, guide them through consultations, educate them on our services, perform contouring services, and help recommend customized wellness and body transformation programs designed around their goals.

• Infrared sauna and red light therapy
• Cryotherapy
• Lymphatic detox services
• Medically supervised weight loss programs utilizing peptides and advanced wellness support

Duties

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and concerns
• Conduct consultations and educate clients on body contouring, wellness, recovery, and medically supervised weight loss services
• Recommend customized treatment and transformation plans based on individual client goals
• Build strong client relationships that encourage trust, referrals, and repeat business
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
• Promote current specials, packages, memberships, and new services
• Maintain detailed client notes and progress tracking
• Collaborate closely with the 3D Wellness team to create an exceptional client experience
• Stay informed on the latest trends in wellness, body transformation, peptides, and aesthetic services
• Help clients feel comfortable, motivated, and supported throughout their transformation process

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience required
• Experience in wellness, fitness, aesthetics, medical spa, nutrition, or related industries is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing health, wellness, weight loss, and transformation goals professionally and confidently
• Positive attitude with strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Passion for helping people improve their confidence and well-being
• Willingness to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding wellness company

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

This position offers competitive compensation with performance-based earning potential for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and building relationships.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
